About Dr. Damian Nesser

Dr. Nesser is uniquely qualified as a Life Design Coach and Entrepreneur’s Coach.

Dr. Nesser is a certified Life Design Coach through the Coach Mindset Certification Program.

He reinvented himself from working in management for a prominent bank to completing 28 years in the Educational Profession: 19 years as a classroom teacher mentoring several young student teachers. With that said, he has worked in some of the ‘toughest schools’ in Florida, Nevada and New York.

He’s earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Theology, master’s degrees in Elementary Education and School Counseling as well as a Doctorate in Teacher Leadership. i.e., he worked on various ADMIN Teams for middle schools that improved their school grades from an F to a C over a two-year period.

Dr. N. and Sam, his technician & co-host began a podcast called, ‘The Life is a Classroom podcast.’ This has a 5-Star Rating, and his guests are some of the most successful wellness/food experts and or entrepreneurs in the world!

In addition to his career as an educator, Dr. N. has taught himself social media strategies and he has walked along side businesses offering strategies that have assisted them to grow national brands.

COACHING PHILOSOPHY

Coaching exemplifies conveying life-long learning principles, along with asking strategic and intentional questions that will guide you to discover and achieve your life design goals!

With that said,

Dr. N works with his clients in 3 and 12 month increments depending on their goals and what they want to achieve with their Life Design.

He assists his clients to get clarity on the life they want to create, then he helps them to build a plan and then they IMPLEMENT IMPLEMENT IMPLEMENT to create more of the life they want to live.

The investment of working with Dr. N is similar to a leadership retreat.
