A big shout out to Manatee County Schools in Bradenton, Florida, as I embark on my 18th year! I began my journey as a classroom teacher at Palmview Elementary, then moved on to serve as an ESOL and gifted teacher at Kannan Elementary, a school counselor at Southeast High School, and now, I’m a school counselor at King Middle School. It’s been a true honor to serve the public and positively impact the lives of thousands of students and parents over the years.
With a total of 33 years in education, the journey has had its challenges, but the rewards are truly priceless. To all educators around the world, let’s remember to give back by learning, dreaming, and striving every day to make a meaningful difference in our classrooms and beyond.
