FATflammation to Fight Flammation
Growing up:
Are you struggling with your weight and or inflammation?! My Italian mother, Celia cooked a plethora of authentic dishes from around the globe when I was growing up in Upstate N.Y. This piqued my interest in traveling to several countries as well as ‘sampling’ their food. . . lol
As a young adult:
As a result of Celia exposing her family of five boys, her Lebanese husband, Joe, and several kids in the neighborhood who loved her food to all kinds of ethnic foods from around the world. . . I LOVE ❤️ TO EAT.
I traveled to several countries to learn about that country’s culture & loved eating my way from country to country. I enjoyed various family restaurant specials and gained 70 pounds by not eating healthier foods, late-night eating 2-3 times a week.
Do you struggle with weight like I did?
Currently:
I work out daily for 1.5 hours. I’ve applied intermittent fasting before eating lunch (i.e., usually some type of salad with protein, and veggies).
- Over the past three years, I’ve lost 70 lbs
